Shipping & Returns

Order processing:

  • In stock orders are processed within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. We will get your order packaged and shipped as fast as we can. Please allow sufficient time to securely pack your order, so it can arrive safely at your door.

  • Although our production schedule is not affected as much by the Covid-19 outbreak, if an item is not in stock, please inquire production lead time before ordering.
  • Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.



  • Please inspect items immediately when received, and contact us immediately if there is any issue / damage.

  • We can only ship to your billing address. For exceptions, you must provide a copy of your driver’s license & a signed written consent authorizing us to ship to an address different from your billing address.

  • Most of our orders will ship through FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. You'll receive a tracking email once we've processed your order.

  • Once your order is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you.

  • Tracking numbers take a day or so to update, even if you received a notification that your item has shipped. Please check your tracking link in a bit and you should have updated information of your order’s whereabouts.

**Flat rate shipping for replacement rotor rings and hardware may be waived if shipped together with other items, or if the order total exceeds certain amounts. Inquire for details.

International shipping - for customers outside continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):

Back-ordered products:

  • Our goal is to keep as many popular products in stock as possible. If a product you ordered is not in stock, it will be placed on back-order status, and you will be notified via email with an estimated ship date. All back-ordered products on your order will then be shipped as soon as they become available. Please feel free to contact us for the estimated ship date before you place the order.


Order cancellation:

  • Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation / change in your order. We will make every effort to honor the cancellation as long as your order has not been shipped.

  • Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 7.5% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping.

  • Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 5 business days.



  • Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.

  • Exchange request must be approved and confirmed by a Paragon Performance customer service representative.

  • Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by Paragon Performance, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.



  • All returns must be approved by Paragon Performance. Paragon Performance reserve the right to decline returns for any reason. Prior to returning any goods, buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.

  • Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition, in original, unopened and undamaged packaging, and available for immediate resale. Credit will not be issued for any product that has been opened, installed, used, or manipulated in any manner.

  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order / custom-made items.

  • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.

  • If the buyer received free shipping but returned an item, the buyer no longer qualifies for the free shipping. The buyer is responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.


Regarding chargebacks:

  • We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously, we take serious measures and we will legally prosecute anyone who commit a fraudulent chargeback.
