Rotor Mounting
Paragon Performance Rotors are available in 3 types of mounting holes: round, oval, and rectangular. Depending on the application, mounting methods available are bolted (fixed hat) and floating. Number of mounting holes on each rotor in most cases are either 8, 10 or 12.
Round Mounting:
Rotors with round mounting are available in 6.4mm, 9mm and 8.1mm mountings.
6.4mm Round Mounting:
Rotors with 6.4mm round mounting utilize either Fixed Hat, non-floating (1/4 UNF) hardware, or T-Bobbin (A) floating hardware.
9mm Round Mounting:
Rotors with 9mm round mounting utilize H-Bobbin floating hardware. This configuration is common among Paragon Performance 2-piece Rotors.
8.1mm Round Mounting:
Rotors with 8.1mm round mounting utilize Fixed Hat, non-floating hardware (M8x1.25).
Oval Mounting:
Rotors with oval mountings are available in 8mm x 10.25mm, 8mm x 12mm, and 8mm x 10mm mountings.
8mm x 10.25mm Mounting:
Rotors with 8mm x 10.25mm oval mounting utilize D-Bobbin floating hardware. This configuration is common among Paragon Performance 2-piece Rotors.
***Rotor assemblies with 12mm flange thickness utilize D-Bobbin (Short) hardware. Rotor assemblies with 16mm flange thickness utilize D-Bobbin (Long) hardware.
Rotor assembly flange thickness = aluminum hat flange thickness + rotor flange thickness.

Rotors with 8mm x 12mm oval mounting utilize D-Bobbin floating hardware.
Rectangular Mounting:
Rotors with rectangular mounting are available in 9.5mm x 15mm, and 12mm x 14.14mm mountings.
9.5mm x 15mm Rectangular Mounting:
Rotors with 9.5mm x 15mm rectangular mounting utilize S-Bobbin floating hardware.
Paragon carries 9 types of S-Bobbin. Depending on the rotor mounting flange thickness and desired amount of float, different types of S-Bobbin are utilized.
4.35mm - 4.30mm flange thickness, 0.4mm float = S-Bobbin (A)
4.85mm - 4.80mm flange thickness, 0.4mm float = S-Bobbin (B)
5.05mm - 5.00mm flange thickness, 0.4mm float = S-Bobbin (C)
5.65mm - 5.60mm flange thickness, 0.2mm float = S-Bobbin (D)
5.55mm - 5.50mm flange thickness, 0.4mm float = S-Bobbin (H)
5.65mm - 5.60mm flange thickness, 0.4mm float = S-Bobbin (J)
5.65mm - 5.60mm flange thickness, 0.7mm float = S-Bobbin (L)
6.35mm - 6.30mm flange thickness, 0.2mm float = S-Bobbin (M)
6.35mm - 6.30mm flange thickness, 0.4mm float = S-Bobbin (P)
12mm x 14.14mm Rectangular Mounting:
Rotors with 12mm x 14.14mm rectangular mounting utilize T-Bobbin (B) floating hardware.
