1.1 Paragon Performance Products Inc hereby reserves all rights to amend and discharge of their duties and liabilities at any point of the purchase. Detailed terms are laid out as follows:
1.2 Disclaimer of Warranty
By virtue of the purchase and opening of the product sold by Paragon Performance Products Inc., the purchaser expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees to assume full responsibility post-sale. Paragon Performance Products Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and agents are from then on no longer liable for any cost for the servicing, repairs and are completely discharged of any resulting liability it may ensue through the use of the product. The purchaser agrees to take on all risks involved with the use of the product, whether it be from the quality, build, performance, maintenance of the product, or any other risks involved with the use of the product, or alongside the use of the product. Paragon Performance Products Inc.is not to be responsible for any damage (consequential or otherwise) or any losses suffered, potentially or actually, for equipment failure or mal-performance after installation. It is to be noted that Paragon Performance Products Inc.has not made any warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers or any users of these products. Paragon Performance Products Inc.expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, including fitness of these systems, parts or equipment for racing or road use. ‘Racing or road use’ refers to the intended use of the product for off-road and racing use, neither of which any implied warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness will be accepted. No warranty or representation is made to the product’s ability to protect the user from injury or death. The user assumes all risk, actually and potentially, whether material to the injury or not. The purchaser also expressly, by virtue of the purchase, agrees to exercise and rely upon their own skill and judgement in selecting the product and deciding it to be suitable for their intended use. Paragon Performance Products Inc.warrants the brake rotors as delivered as free from defects in materials and or workmanship while in new, unused condition. Once the product has been mounted to vehicle and-or used in any way, the product is the responsibility of the owner.
1.3 Installation and maintenance
Paragon Performance Products Inc.is to be waived of any liabilities, by virtue of this section, arising from the purchase, installation, use and maintenance of the product. By purchasing this product, the purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities and risks of the installation, use and maintenance of the product, and any product(s) used alongside this product as sold by Paragon Performance Products Inc.. The purchaser agrees and understands that the product must be installed and maintained by qualified and highly competent professionals, and that such persons must be trained and skilled to operate the said product. The products shall be submitted to periodical maintenance at the purchaser’s own expense. Detailed instructions for both installation and maintenance of such products are set forth within the products wrapping (hereinafter the “instructions”). By virtue of this section, Paragon Performance Products Inc.shall not have any liability whatsoever in connection with Client’s failure to comply with the instructions and/or in connection with their inappropriate and/or incorrect installation on vehicles and/or with the lack of and/or incorrect maintenance of such products, nor shall any other provisions or law on ‘product liability’ apply in such cases.
1.4 Conditions of use
By purchasing this product, the purchaser assumes automatically by virtue of this section all risks, losses actual or potential, at all times. This includes normal use, wear and tear, and in racing conditions, irrespective of the nature or intensity of such races.
The purchaser agrees and understands that due to the particular operative and environmental conditions under which the racing products operate during racing competitions, such products may be subject to use under extreme conditions, which may exceed the project limits and control as set by Paragon Performance Products Inc.. By virtue of this, Paragon Performance Products Inc.shall be exempt fully from any liability whatsoever in connection with the use of the products under extreme conditions, and the purchaser agrees and understands that no other provisions on product liability should apply in the use of this product.
1.5 Contracting out
By virtue of this section, Paragon Performance Products Inc.expressly contracts out of any liabilities or duties imposed by regulations on product liability, and that the purchaser is to assume all risks, material to the use of the product or not, actually and potentially, at the purchaser’s own expense.
1.6 Uberrimae fidei
The purchaser also agrees to act in utmost good faith before, during and after the purchase of this product. If the purchaser is to be found to have acted contrary to this section, Paragon Performance Products Inc.reserves all rights to recuperate any monies paid and any actual or potential losses to Paragon Performance Products Inc..
1.7 General
The terms laid out in this document are binding by virtue of the purchase, applies to the original purchaser and all other persons, even when the interest exists only equitably, and the purchaser has been alerted to the fact that these terms and conditions may be changed by Paragon Performance Products Inc. at any point without notice.

1.9 Vehicle compatibility
Vehicle compatibility information is provided for reference only. Be aware that your vehicle may have multiple front and rear rotors/pads options/variations. Such variations can apply due to design upgrades on later chassis numbers, or the manufacturers using different OEM suppliers during the production process.
